Tanzania’s International Miano Danilo Signs With FK PANEVĖŽYS

 

 


FK Panevėžys is a prominent club in Lithuania, having won the A Lyga title in 2023 and recently participated in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers.

DAR ES SALAAM. Tanzanian international defender, Miano Danilo van den Bos (22), has taken a significant step in his professional career by joining Lithuanian top-flight side FK Panevėžys. 

The multiple -talented central defender, who can also play as a right-back and defensive midfielder, joins from Dutch club FC Eindhoven.

FK Panevėžys is a prominent club in Lithuania, having won the A Lyga title in 2023 and recently participated in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers. 

The club is known for its strong squad and competitive performances in European competitions. 

Miano’s arrival is expected to further strengthen the team’s defense, which has been solid in recent seasons.

Miano, who has already represented Tanzania’s national team, Taifa Stars, in AFCON friendly matches, is expected to share his experience and skills to the Lithuanian club. 

His versatility and ability to play in multiple positions will be a valuable asset to the team. With his new club, Miano aims to make an impact and help FK Panevėžys achieve success in the upcoming season.

Tanzanian football fans have welcomed the news, hoping that his experience in Lithuania will benefit the national team in their 2026 World Cup qualifying campaign.

Miano’s career is on the rise, and this move could be a stepping stone to greater success in his future.
