US Ambassador Urges Tanzanian Youth To Be Patriotc And Build The National Economy -

THE US Ambassador to Tanzania have challenged the youth in the country to use their physical and mental potential to participate actively in national economy building sector.

Dr. Michael Anthony Battle said the youth are the ones who stand at a possible chance to decide over the future of the nation, should them live with purpose and deter from all forms of negative practices.

The Ambassador was speaking at a special Youth Congress and Democracy that convened in Dodoma Capital City.

“Young people, you should realize that you are responsible for making this nation what it should be, so you should be a big part of building this nation so that it is strong and not otherwise” said Ambassador Battle.

He underscored over the need for the local youth to embrace domestic Tanzania’s cultures, and running their daily activities with the patriotic spirit rather than mimicking foreign cultures.

The Ambassador insisted that the country has been endowed with numerous potential economic resources and opportunities, urged the youth to tap the existing economic potentials for improving their individual livelihoods, as well as the national economy in a whole.
