DODOMA. THE MazaoHub AgClimate Limited, the Tanzania’s innovative agricultural technology company, has launched two modern systems for assisting local farmers to digitilize their farming executions.
The launched cloud- connected systems that focuses to transform the Tanzania’s agriculture sector include ‘Intergrated Farm Management and Farm Record Keeping System’ and ‘CropSupply.com.
Speaking during official launching of the useful agro-tech systems at the NaneNane grounds in Dodoma Capital City, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MazaoHub AgClimate Limited, Mr Geophrey Tenganamba expressed that the new systems, ‘Tech and Touch’, has been hatched to integrate hand-works and advanced technologies in their farming for better results.
With use of the incepted agro- portals, Mr Tenganamba said the farmers can access key information related to the whole chain in their crop production, as well as markets.
“We’re operating in the forefront with an eye to developing the best Artificial Intelligence (AI) – driven solutions tailored to the unique challenges of smallholder farming in Tanzania, and Africa as a whole,” he briefed.
From the well- developed ‘Intergrated Farm Management and Farm Record Keeping System’, he said the user farmers will access key information and professional online mentorship on farm planning.
“In this category, farmers will retrieve helpful directives on the type of seeds necessary to be used as per the available soil types in their respective areas, the recommended fertilizer and other inputs, as well as other key information over crop prices and availability of the relevant market,” Mr Tenganamba detailed.
The other services to be accessed by farmers in through the introduced online platforms, according to him, include Recommended Agronomic Practices, farm activities management and crop progressing, to mention but a few.
“The other vital online categories available in the system include Farmer’s Relationship Management, Data Processing, and a special Farmer’s Forum,” he added.
Focusing to become the global agricultural entity, he communicated that the company which scooped diverse regional and global awards, including Africa Tech Summit Award, comprises data scientists, agronomists and software engineers.
“We’re investing into cutting-edge technologies to enhance precision agriculture, climate resilience, and supply chain efficiency,” he said.
Detailing over Cropsupply.com, he said the system has been designed to enables buyers and crop producers to get full information on various key areas.

Speaking during the brief launching ceremony, Mr Shabani Manota, the excelling farmer from Manyara Region who benefited from MazaoHub AgClimate Limited spoke over the need for the government to empower, and work in sync with the private companies that support small holder farmers across the country.
Manota, who was the chief guest during launching of the systems expressed gratitude for the patriotic manner to which the company has boosted him to elevate from zero to hero.
“I started my farming journey in 2021, with few production and productivity only to generate less than 20m/-Â million a year. But today, due to assistance from MazaoHub AgClimate Limited, I am able to generate over 800m/- annually,” he narrated.
MazaoHub AgClimate Limited is a brainchild of sensitive youth from the Building Better Tomorrow (BBT) Programme graduates.
Among the companies that have so far invested into MazaoHub AgClimate Limited include Catalyst Fund, Nordic Impact Funds, Mercy Corps Ventures, Elea Foundation, DOB Equity, Impacc, Livelihood Impact Funds and SNV.
