WHI Aspires To Revolutionize Tanzania’s Housing Sector

TANZANIA’s real estate sector is
likely inching towards joyous time as the Watumishi Housing Investments (WHI)
plans to bring about major revolution in the key sector within 2024.

The WHI’s director unveiled that, be

said.

Makawia added that, WHI’s properties

She unveiled that pricing of WHI’s

sector,” she insisted.


Moreover, Makawia said in addition

WHI are priced between 150,000/- to 300,000/- per month, which payable on a
monthly basis,”

“This pricing structure ensures
that rental accommodations are within reach of the working class, providing them
