President Samia Accepts CCM Secretary General’s Resignation Letter

THE national
chairperson of the rulling party, Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) cum-the Tanzania’s
President Samia Suluhu Hassan has accepted the ruling party secretary general
Daniel Chongolo’s resignation letter.
The
ruling party’s Ideology and Publicity Secretary, Paul Makonda announced this on
Wednesday evening.
Almost
two days ago, Chongolo was reportedly tendered his resignation letter but the
ruling party didn’t confirm or deny it until Wednesday evening when Mr Makonda
made it publicly over the former’s decision to step down.
